About the role
- Job Details: The primary function of this position is to read, interpret, and complete K-12 National School Lunch Program bid contracts and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Additional responsibilities include evaluating whether requested products meet bid contract item specifications and entering pricing information into bid contract forms.
- The position requires maintaining accurate records of commonly used bid materials and documentation, as well as ensuring the accuracy of information in all third-party bidding systems.
Responsibilities
- Additional duties include uploading signed state participation agreements to the shared drive and uploading signed bid contracts into the Contract Management System (CMS).
Requirements
- Three or more years of office experience required.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to maintain composure and accuracy while meeting required deadlines.
Nice to have
- One year of experience with Tyson office systems preferred.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
