About the role
- As an Millwright, you will work on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and relocation of industrial machinery and production equipment throughout our steel fabrication operations. We are looking for dependable individuals who can work independently, think through problems, and support a strong safety-first culture. Responsibilities
- Move and position equipment and machinery safely using proper rigging and material handling methods
Responsibilities
- Assemble, dismantle, maintain, and install industrial equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Millwright or industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, hoists, and rigging equipment
- Working knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety standards
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be physically capable of performing job duties in an industrial environment
- Occasional travel required

- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify effective repair solutions
- Utilize forklifts, cranes, hoists, and trucks to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools, measuring instruments, cutting equipment, welding, and brazing tools as needed
- Assist maintenance mechanics and production teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime
- Inspect and replace worn or defective machine components
