- You've worked in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations, and you understand how referrals and diagnosis-to-service actually work.
- You come with established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the Wilmington market, the kind that let you generate referrals from day one.

Requirements
- ABA experience required.
- You know which relationships matter most, and you spend your time where it converts.
