- Impact In This Role The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel to achieve individual, departmental, and organizational goals
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Maintain and enhance the 5S program to support a clean, organized, safe, and high-performing work environment
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including oversight of inventory control processes and continuous improvement of warehouse organization
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards, policies, and regulatory compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations
- Maintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Nice to have
- Minimum 5 years management experience - three of which should be in a supervisory capacity
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
- Strong understandings of a data driven warehouse and experience with WMS system required
- Small parts handling experience
- Six Sigma & Kaizen experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skill along with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access)
Compensation
- $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based upon experience
