  • Impact In This Role The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel to achieve individual, departmental, and organizational goals
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Maintain and enhance the 5S program to support a clean, organized, safe, and high-performing work environment
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including oversight of inventory control processes and continuous improvement of warehouse organization
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards, policies, and regulatory compliance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

Nice to have

  • Minimum 5 years management experience - three of which should be in a supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Strong understandings of a data driven warehouse and experience with WMS system required
  • Small parts handling experience
  • Six Sigma & Kaizen experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skill along with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access)

Compensation

  • $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based upon experience
