About the role

This position has responsibility and accountability for ensuring engineering schedules, providing engineering man-hour forecasts and engineering budgets on assigned projects.
This position is the technical manager of the project and communicates technical issues with the Project Manager and the Customer.
B.S. in mechanical, chemical, or metallurgical Engineering or closely related field.

This position will involve customer visits and other business-related activities such as support for project kick off meetings and site walk downs as necessary for projects.
Document Control Manage the Document Control Automation Program (DCAP) for the project.
Conducts, participates in and maintains meeting minutes for team meetings, meetings with support personnel, and meetings with the customer.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of HRSG or boiler operations, design philosophy, principles, and details of application.

Facilitates required design improvements/innovation projects based on customer inputs Review sales proposals, RFQ's, proposal schedules and technical reports.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Knowledge of various codes (ASME, NBIC, B31.1, etc.) desirable, including product application.
Must have valid passport and be able to travel when required.
Must be resourceful, organized, and able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines, manage multiple project simultaneously and respond quickly to requests.

The base pay range for this Project Engineer role is $108,000 - $140,000 annually.
