About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead platform-scale execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver a unified credit and data platform, simplify fragmented systems, and scale globally without compromising reliability or trust.
- Build and develop a world-class team of product managers across San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Chicago. Set high standards for product craft, clarity of thinking, and ownership and strengthen Adyen's product bench in San Francisco.

- We are looking for a Product Leader to build and scale the Credit and Data Platform which will be foundational for Adyen's next generation Financial Products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in credit and data products within a fast growing fintech environment.
- 3+ years of experience building credit products.
- Execution - track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale.
- Mindset - entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ability to move fast in the midst of ambiguity.

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $258,00 - $348,000 in San Francisco and $235,00 - $317,000 in Chicago, plus RSUs
