About the role

  • The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to patrons, oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies, and collect money for drinks served.
  • Duties/Responsibilities: Receives orders from patrons and wait staff.
  • Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized.
  • Submits orders or creates requisition forms for liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies.

Requirements

  • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Must be legal drinking age or older.
  • 32 Palm is proudly operated by The Harrison Group, a multi-property hospitality organization with over 50 years of experience in Ocean City and surrounding coastal markets.
  • Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.

Nice to have

  • Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training required.
  • At least one year of related experience preferred.
