Requirements

  • No previous experience necessary - we train you Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors and lift 55 lbs Submit a background check
  • Ability to operate 55lb backpack equipment and navigate varying terrain on foot.

Compensation

  • $18-$22/hour during training, then performance-based pay Take-Home Company Truck (for work use) Competitive compensation.
  • Up to $30,000 in total compensation in a season!
