Nice to have
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade system components of IntelliSOURCE in both test and production environments with a strong focus on stability, performance, and customer impact.
- Contribute to customer acceptance testing and validation of system upgrades to ensure high‑quality, low‑risk releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi‑layer issues across applications, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure in Linux‑based environments.
- Prepare technical briefings, reports, and evaluations related to system performance, efficiency, capacity, and utilization.
- Train and mentor internal employees on system configuration, troubleshooting, and operational best practices.
- Operate in an agile, customer‑centric managed services environment with minimal travel required and standard business hours aligned to the employee's local time zone.
- 5+ years of related experience supporting enterprise‑scale applications in a Linux‑based production environment, preferably within a managed services or SaaS delivery model.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation
- The base salary is $96,000-165,000 annually.
