- What you set up in the next few weeks/months is what every hire will experience.
- For most candidates, you're the first conversation they have with Arca, and the offer stage is often the last thing standing between a great candidate and a great hire.

- We're a team of highly motivated individuals based out of NYC, with the majority in engineering and adding more.
- We hail from high growth startups like Stripe, Ramp, Rippling, Plaid, Doordash, and Glean.
- We're fully in-office in Flatiron, five days a week-lunch together, coffee breaks, basketball games, happy hours. (For this role we are open to a remote hire!).
- While technical candidates won't be the only profile we are seeking, it'll be a big part of the job.
- Here, you're building both, and building the muscle to add more as the company adds functions.
