- We have an opportunity for a Materials Supervisor to join our Delavan, WI team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or a related field.
- Must be a hands-on leader.
- High energy and the ability to motivate and influence.
- Ability to work 1:00pm -10:00pm
- Learn Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.
- Personnel management experience.
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills.
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year.
- At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
- Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location.
- Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
- This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
