Responsibilities
- This role is a great way to lead Pattern's Beauty function and grow future category leaders.
- The Director of Beauty position is a strong lead-in to broader leadership roles at Pattern.
- You have your team schedule and structure established with regular 1:1s, you build strong relationships with team members, brand managers, and Beauty brand partners.
- You hold regular strategy sessions to share valuable suggestions with Beauty brand partners.
- You build and execute successful strategies and understand the nuances of your Beauty brands' ecommerce needs.

Compensation
- Pattern matches 100% of the first 3% in eligible compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
