About the role
- You'll stay close to the technical detail and make sharp trade-off calls, while being accountable for your team's delivery, quality, and growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a 12-person team, coaching a tech-lead manager and senior engineers.
- Own the engineering roadmap for Strava's social features and set a high bar for quality and velocity.
- Grow the team through thoughtful hiring and by developing the talent you already have.

- Experience with social, community, or consumer-engagement products is a plus.
