About the role

As our Food & Beverage Manager (FBM), you'll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and consis tently.
The hourly range for this position is $22.70 - $30.60 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.

Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency. Monitor trends and work with peers to create action plans to optimize results.
Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development. Recognize great performance and help A ssociates grow.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations.
You'll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant G eneral Manager t o oversee daily operations, with a primary focus on deliver ing a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience-every single day.

Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.

Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environment s is a plus
