About the role

Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities or designate, this position is responsible to assist the Building Operator with the day-to-day duties and operations. This position is responsible to enforce the provisions of the building operations, maintenance and repairs throughout the site. What You'll Get to DO! - Assist the Building Operator in carry out the day-to-day execution of operations and maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations and that asset integrity (cleanliness, elevator maintenance, boilers, HVAC, M&E rooms, etc.) is maintained either directly or via building automation systems
Perform daily rounds and record readings for all major equipment including but not limited to temperatures, pressures, electrical readings, etc. Document and inspect for irregularities in readings. - Review and complete daily entries into the engineer's log. - Complete preventive/...
