About the role
- This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and compliant production while meeting quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- The Production Manager combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, overseeing equipment, processes, and teams in a continuous production environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive daily performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
- Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce lead time, and control costs.
- Partner cross-functionally to support operations, equipment reliability, and new product introduction.
- Manage staffing, budgets, and performance, including root cause investigations (nonconformances, CAPAs, customer issues).
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a supervisory role with non-exempt, hourly employees.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of CNC Machining and mechanical background.
- Knowledge of automation equipment and principles.
Nice to have
- 5+ years experience in machining processes
- Experience in a clean room environment (Class 7)
- In-office 5-days per week
Compensation
- At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
- Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
- $133,500 - $163,200
