About the role

Aviation Institute of Maintenance is looking for an Admissions Representative who is passionate about education, motivated by results, and genuinely invested in the success of every student they work with.
It requires someone who takes initiative, stays organized under pressure, and brings consistent energy to a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Based at our Indianapolis campus near Indianapolis International Airport, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring AIM's FAA-approved aviation maintenance technician programs.

Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings - responding with speed and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of student application status and pipeline activity in the CRM

One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary educational setting preferred

Brings consistent energy and a positive attitude - especially when the work gets challenging
Takes initiative without waiting to be asked
identifies what needs to happen and follows through
Has a strong track record in sales, admissions, or customer service with demonstrated results against performance metrics
Communicates clearly and authentically with a wide range of people
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Proven experience in sales or customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new CRM and enrollment management systems
Flexible availability for occasional evenings and one Saturday per month
Location & Schedule
Monday-Thursday: Two days from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and two days from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: One Saturday per month, or as organizational needs require
Compensation: Up to $29.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
