About the role

  • Silvus is currently seeking a Sales Administrator I to assist the sales team by managing the inbox and responding to customer inquiries.
  • This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • This position is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days on-site per week is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Support with managing individual team's inbox to ensure timely response to inquiries.
  • Partner with Senior Sales Administrators to manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment.
  • Manage customer requests for order modifications or cancellations.
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc task assigned by leads/managers to support the team as necessary.
  • The administrator will also provide post-sales support, which includes handling orders, receiving and confirming them, setting up accounts, and inputting sales orders and client information into our CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting a sales team in a tech-related or manufacturing field.
  • Basic experience or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for managing and tracking customer and sales data.
  • Proficiency in numeracy.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, experiencing multiple deadlines.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
  • NOTE - As a US Federal Contractor, Silvus Technologies requires that ALL candidates being considered for employment for any position (regardless of level) MUST be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen).
  • Stricter U.S. Citizen ONLY requirements (needed for some Engineering or R&D roles) will be included in the Required Qualifications section of the posted position.
