About the role
- Sentara Health is looking to hire a Remote Supervisor, Integrated Care Management - Behavioral Health.
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Virginia.
- The Supervisor, Care Coordinator assumes responsibility, accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work, quality, and service.
Requirements
- 3 years of Case Management experience (required)
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- For Integrated Care Management departments, specialty certification required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM or RN-BC).
- For other service lines, certification based on specialty area required within one year of eligibility.
Nice to have
- Registered Nurse preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (required) Certification: Registered Nurse preferred.
