About the role
- The co-op program will last up to five semesters alternating between full time work and study semesters; the intern program will last up to 5 semesters and is determined upon need.
- Co-Ops/Interns will work in a team environment to complete projects designated by their Team Leader/Mentor.
- Co-Ops/Interns will be responsible for lean projects that have real impact on the business.
Responsibilities
- Assignments will typically be either in the Product design or manufacturing environment.
- Projects may include, but are not limited to, the following fields: product design, lean manufacturing, heat transfer, gas combustion, electronic control specification, packaging, electro-mechanical devices, evaluation, reliability, assembly production, fabrication and finishing, production equipment and fixture specification, and quality assurance.

Requirements
- Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving, initiative, strong communication skills, effective team skills and coursework or related experience in their major field of study.
- Candidate must have unrestricted work authorization for the US.
