About the role
- The Customer Care Associate is responsible for ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met.
- This position is critical to the growth of business for Honeywell and the individual filling this role must go above and beyond to help differentiate Honeywell from its competition.
- Systems Growth - Work to meet electronic ordering growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Change Agent - Look for ways to improve CC processes. Drive initiation and follow through to implementation.
- o Perform manual shipping/invoicing transactions within SAP
- They are expected to manage orders throughout each day by working with Planners, Demand Management, and the distribution centers to make sure orders ship per customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
- o Planning/managing orders required for production lines
Nice to have
- BS in Business, or related degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Oracle/SAP experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership of program/s
