Requirements
- Five years of experience overseeing a crew responsible for installation of deep foundation systems.
- Must have experience installing and/or overseeing piledriving, micropiles, caisson, and helical piles.
- 5+ years' experience with foundation/ground improvement equipment (drills, concrete pumps, batch plants).
- Ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and schedule.
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, iPad and iPhone.
- Ability to communicate and schedule project needs appropriately.
- Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written with employees, clients, and other business associates.
- Must have good interpersonal skill and be able to speak effectively before groups as well as individuals.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages ratios, and proportions to practical field quantity situations.
