Influence and improve development standards, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile engineering best practices
Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing
Communicate status, risks, and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Bachelor's degree with typically 8+ years of professional software development experience, or master's degree with 6 years of experience
3+ years of hands‑on react native development with production mobile applications
2+ years of native android development experience
Strong understanding of mobile app architectures, performance considerations, and platform constraints
Experience with source control (git), code reviews, automated builds, testing, and release processes
