Responsibilities
- Assist the MSS Director in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of full-time advisors and student employees through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
- Collaborate with campus partners to connect students with critical university services and create a seamless support experience.
- Support cultural clubs and student organizations while increasing the visibility and impact of Multicultural Student Services across campus.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse campus partners while supporting students from a variety of backgrounds.
Requirements
- A master's or doctoral degree in a related field.
Compensation
- Excellent work-life balance: 13 paid holidays, 22 days paid vacation, and 12 sick days accrued annually.
