- Duties/Responsibilities: Process all shipping and receiving operations accurately and efficiently, flagging any discrepancies or overages to management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain orderly, clean, and secure stockrooms; organize inventory to promote accessibility and selling.
- Prepare and manage client shipments, product transfers, and RTVs in alignment with company standards.
- Partner with central distribution and corporate inventory control to reconcile transfers, damages, and variances.
- Support the compliance of receiving practices with company policies, including safekeeping of property, record-keeping, and security standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration and teamwork.

- This role partners closely with store management to ensure smooth inventory movement, compliance with company policies, and readiness to support sales and client fulfillment needs.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Office, Mac, or similar POS systems.
- Must be available to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a strong team player, punctual, and excellent attendance record
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks
- Required Skills/Abilities and
- 1-2 years of experience in retail stock, shipping, or operations preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling of merchandise.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and dependable demeanor with strong team orientation.
