Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management. Utilize CRM and supporting tools to manage your pipeline from prospecting activities, to qualification meetings, to web demonstrations, to closed deals.
  • Business Development. Build and maintain client and strategic partner relationships to exceed goals.
  • Competitive Analysis. Develop and maintain an understanding of the marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position.
  • Team Management. Lead and work directly with a team of business development reps (BDRs) to consistently meet pipeline targets.
  • Experienced. Competed as a B2B sales hunter. Experienced in creating solutions using a consultative approach that builds long-term, customer-focused partnerships.
  • Team-Oriented. You excel at collaborating across the company and helping those around you perform better.
  • Communicator. Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email and in person is a differentiator, along with a positive engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners

Requirements

  • You are constantly looking for new and better ways to do things.
  • 3+ years of exceptional performance in full cycle outside sales role with high velocity sales
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management best practices (cadence management, cold-calling, objection handling, etc.) and pipeline building process
  • 10 % travel required
  • Must be authorized to work in US / Canada (no visa sponsorship / relocation)
  • Specific certifications or degrees (generally speaking, we do NOT require degrees, just years of experience, but there may be some exceptions) etc.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience selling SaaS to owners and key decision makers in the home services and contracting space
  • Passion for the thrill of a close - this is a true high energy hunter position
  • Strong Salesforce experience required. Other Sales Enablement Tech Stack knowledge such as Outreach, Gong.io and others a plus.
