Applicants must have earned a minimum of a Master of Science (MS) in Nursing.
A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is preferred, even if the applicant does not hold an MS degree.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in ICU nursing or 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
Experience teaching at the baccalaureate or graduate level is preferred.
Upon hire, a Utah license is required as either a Registered Nurse or an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.

Teach eight courses annually, including didactic, clinical, and/or lab skills courses.
