Document and report any exceptional behavior and areas of concern related to client interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client medications and monitor self-administration of medications.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the treatment team to implement care plans.

High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years of responsible employment.

Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle.
Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van.
Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
