Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to two Regional Leaders, ensuring seamless daily operations across Community Services and NDIS.
  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, proactively preparing leaders for meetings and coordinating schedules across multiple sites.
  • Process invoicing, credit card reconciliation, and support project-related administrative tasks and approval workflows.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative systems and processes to support efficiency and consistency across services.
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.
