About the role

Define and enforce secure coding standards, performance guidelines, and application reliability.

Lead design sessions, technical planning, and structural backlog refinement for engineering tasks.
Drive DevOps and CI/CD maturity alongside robust observability practices.

5+ years of hands-on experience developing front-end solutions with React or Angular.
Strong background in advanced system design, distributed systems, and integration architecture.

Expert-level knowledge of AWS core services, including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, and IAM.

Prior professional experience working within the Financial Services or US Banking sector.
Active technical certifications in AWS, Java, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
Degree in Computer Engineering or a Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and event streaming tools like Kafka or Kinesis.
