About the role

Join the Production team at our Chesapeake location supporting high-volume plastic production to deliver secure, accurate materials for our clients.
You will receive training on our world-class plastic production equipment; you will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot machines to produce accurate work on schedule.

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines to meet quality and throughput requirements.
Cross-train to learn the operation of other production equipment and support multiple production departments.
Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.

Experience using a computer for data entry.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production or print/mail environment.
1+ year of experience operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance.
Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).
Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.
This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift

$32,300.00-$38,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Virginia and Maine. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
