About the role

  • Join the Production team at our Chesapeake location supporting high-volume plastic production to deliver secure, accurate materials for our clients.
  • You will receive training on our world-class plastic production equipment; you will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot machines to produce accurate work on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines to meet quality and throughput requirements.
  • Cross-train to learn the operation of other production equipment and support multiple production departments.
  • Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience using a computer for data entry.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production or print/mail environment.
  • 1+ year of experience operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance.
  • Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).
  • Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.
  • This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift

Compensation

  • $32,300.00-$38,000.00
  • These pay ranges apply to employees in Virginia and Maine. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
  • This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
