About the role
- Reporting directly to the Co-founder & CMO, you'll set the strategy, hold the P&L, and be accountable for outcomes.
- Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC.
- Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Define how content, influencer, and community-driven growth feed the funnel - and build the incrementality and attribution infrastructure to know when they're working
- Create the experimentation cadence that lets the team move fast and make good decisions, with AI embedded throughout
- Directly manage senior reports and build a growth org that performs with the urgency this mission deserves
- Identify new growth surfaces before the business needs them and build the case to go after them
- Genuine fluency in measurement: you understand the difference between correlation and causation in marketing data, and you build systems accordingly
- building the systems, team, and operating cadence that turns momentum into a durable, compounding growth machine.

Requirements
- 10+ years in growth or digital marketing, with at least 7 years focused on acquisition and 3+ years managing reports and owning commercial outcomes
- You've built the engine, not just run it - you can point to growth infrastructure you stood up and the results it produced
- Strong point of view on AI and how it applies to growth workflows - from creative testing to experimentation infrastructure to reporting - and a track record of actually using it
Compensation
- Own Evvy's full consumer growth P&L - setting annual and quarterly targets across acquisition, conversion, retention, and subscription MRR, and be accountable for hitting them
