  • As a Field Service Electronics Technician, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and test repairs at customer sites in our Mobile Product Hospital team.

Requirements

  • You have a two-year electronic engineering technology degree or equivalent.
  • You have a strong understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor-based electronics.
  • You are willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • You enjoy working in an electronics lab work environment.
  • You enjoy solving complex problems alongside your team.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of structured programming.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally
  • Sit and stand for at least 8 hours
  • Ability to differentiate color
  • Use of computer keyboard devices
  • Reach, bend, and twist

Skills

  • Test, repair, convert, and troubleshoot problems of high complexity to the component level on SEL products.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting training to junior department personnel.

Compensation

  • Data: Field Service Electronics Technician I $32.88 - $48.60 per hour.
  • Field Service Electronics Technician II $35.83 - $52.94 per hour.
  • Electronics Technician III $40.50 - $59.85 per hour.
  • We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
  • We welcome applicants with a range of experience.
  • Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
