- Position Overview
- This role is critical to ensuring loans move through the pipeline efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional communication-while maintaining our high touch client experience.
- They will empower the team through training, clear processes, and critical thinking, fostering independence and accountability.
- Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- This position will report to the SVP of Loan Operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for closing status and pipeline updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
- Review and approve loans prior to funding to confirm all requirements are met, escalating exceptions as necessary.
Compensation
- This position is exempt full-time, with salary range: $140,000 - 150,000 depending on experience level, plus discretionary bonus potential.
