About the role
- Plan and prepare presentations. - Set individual sales targets with business development Client Advocate team and review results on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Match the most suitable candidates to the business development representative position. - Work closely with Sales Managers to define and monitor KPI's of team members and overall team performance.
Responsibilities
- The Client Advocate Supervisor position is responsible for managing and developing the Client Advocate Team.
Requirements
- Required Knowledge:
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
- Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience of direct reports

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly assess and understand a prospect or customer's business environment and needs
- Preferred experience in virtual/telesales
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self-confident; self-starter and self-motivated
- Capable of independent work and prioritization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant programs pertaining to products

Compensation
- Develop an inside sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Brainstorm with Client Advocate team to create new market penetration strategies, and continuous enhancement of approaches
- Formulate Client Advocate policies and procedures, and make sure the team adheres to it.
- Facilitate/Identify training requirements where necessary and define development plans.
- Develop sales scripts, pitches and the weekly training program to drive continuous advance of the team and improve performance.
- Manage sales dashboards to meet/achieve sales quotas
