About the role

This role combines technical depth, operational rigor, stakeholder leadership, and change management expertise.

Lead operations for enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor, Amazon Q).
Establish secure onboarding, access provisioning, governance controls, and operational support models.
Partner with Global IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to corporate and regional data regulations.
Manage vendor relationships and support escalations as needed.
Identify high-impact AI use cases through collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, HR, Finance, and other functions.
Lead AI adoption initiatives across the organization
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, office hours, and enablement materials.
Maintain sustainable support models for deployed automations.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI & Automations team.
Build technical depth within the team across AI tooling, automation, and integration.

8+ years of experience in technology, automation, digital transformation, or AI-related roles.
3+ years of experience managing teams, preferably in a global matrixed environment.
Experience deploying AI tools at scale in a mid-to-large enterprise.
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor).
Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance considerations (including regional regulations).
Familiarity with workflow automation and RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Playwright, PowerAutomate).
Experience supporting global teams from India delivery centers.
