About the role
- The Coordinator, Clinical Support, is responsible for coordinating clinical education operations to ensure students successfully complete required clinical experiences.
- This position manages clinical schedules, student placements, onboarding requirements, affiliation agreements, and clinical documentation while supporting accreditation compliance and maintaining effective relationships with clinical affiliates, students, and faculty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn specialized software systems (e.g., Typhon, Brightspace).
- Employees may be required to perform other job-related activities as requested.
- Coordinate and maintain student clinical rotation schedules to ensure required clinical experiences, accreditation standards, and program objectives are met.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an educational, healthcare, clinical academic, or related administrative setting.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
