About the role
- As a Staff Product Designer on the Outcomes Pod, you will focus on helping people understand, log, and act on their progress over time.
- We are looking for a designer with strong UI/UX craft, deep product thinking, and the ability to simplify complex clinical data into comprehensible member-facing insights.
- As we scale with 51% year-over-year revenue gains and a member base expanding by over 47% annually, your leadership will be instrumental in sustaining our momentum and shaping the future of digital care.
Responsibilities
- This position provides a unique opportunity to drive high-impact outcomes during a transformative phase of growth.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to define hypotheses, run experiments, and use qualitative and quantitative signals to improve member experience and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, or Service Design,
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, or Service Design
- Experience designing progress tracking, dashboards, data visualization, or other data-rich product experiences.
- Proven facilitation skills and comfort leading leadership conversations on large,ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
