About the role

  • iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of relationships with iCapital's issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact - coordinating regular touchpoints such as meetings, check-ins, and events, and responding to partner questions and requests.
  • Help maintain and grow existing partnerships and support the onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.
  • Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements, owning the resulting projects and partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver them while balancing competing partner priorities.
  • Develop presentations, updates, and reporting for both partners and internal stakeholders, using data and analysis to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm - including Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance - to deliver a robust, well-supported platform solution and drive process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry
  • Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or obtained within 90 days of hire
  • The team develops and manages the technology platform experience with many of iCapital's largest clients, including investment banks, broker-dealers, private banks, and RIAs throughout the United States.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Desire to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
