About the role
- The Senior Director serves as a strategic advisor and change leader, driving the adoption of intelligent automation while ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, security, and governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Partner with Technology, Product, and business leaders to design and implement automation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Drive continuous process improvement efforts by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement workflow automation, intelligent routing, process orchestration, and AI-assisted operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with customer support and service organizations to identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and customer experience.
- Experience partnering with technology and business teams to implement workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business process improvement, automation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or related fields, including leadership experience.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, process orchestration tools, and digital transformation technologies.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM).
Nice to have
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to automate manual workflows across customer-facing and internal business operations.
- Ensure all automation initiatives comply with organizational security, risk management, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and operational leaders, providing strategic guidance on process improvement and operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure automation effectiveness, process efficiency, cost savings, customer satisfaction, and productivity improvements.
- Present business cases, automation roadmaps, and return-on-investment (ROI) outcomes to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.
- Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
