- The role is accountable for ensuring markets remain reliable, scalable, and economically viable throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional business teams to support market launches and ongoing operations, evaluating requests and prioritizing development
- 4+ years experience in product management, operations, or consulting with direct exposure to building or evolving real systems
- Ability to work closely with engineers and technical leads to shape solutions while respecting technical constraints
- The Product Manager partners closely with regional business teams and works deeply with engineering to understand system constraints, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize investments based on ROI, operational risk reduction, and long-term platform scalability.
Requirements
- Experience in capital markets, asset management, custody, trading, ETF/ETP lifecycle, or fund operations environments
- Ability to reason about complex systems, workflows, and tradeoffs, beyond documenting requirements
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where decisions must be made with incomplete information
Nice to have
- Exposure to fintech, crypto, or regulated products
- Experience working with internal platforms, operational workflows, or data systems
- Technical background or strong technical curiosity, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
- This role is based in New York City and will be expected to work from our New York office Monday - Wednesday.
