Responsibilities
- Run discovery and negotiations to convert SL leads into revenue
- Manage a high-volume book of leads with accuracy and discipline in CRM
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and strong foundation
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Every day, you'll work from a prioritized list of warm leads for businesses that have already expressed interest in GatherUp and manage a diverse pipeline or opportunities.
- Your role is to engage quickly, run thoughtful discovery, deliver concise and compelling demonstrations, and guide prospects to a confident decision in a high-velocity sales cycle.
- You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and the broader revenue team to continuously refine our messaging, improve conversion, and evolve our go-to-market strategy.
- This role is designed for someone who thrives with ownership, pace, and clear accountability.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS or tech sales environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, data-driven sales culture
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and a modern sales stack
