DRC is seeking a Litigation Strategist with at least five years of litigation experience and trial experience.

Focus Group Development & Analysis: Conducting case intake, drafting presentation materials for focus groups, analyzing research findings alongside the psychology and research teams, and developing trial strategy recommendations.
For nearly 30 years, leading law firms and high-profile litigators have relied on DRC to deliver a measurable strategic advantage in the courtroom.
Our work spans jury selection, focus groups, demonstrative evidence, and trial presentation-grounded in social psychology, rigorous research methodologies, and advanced information design.

J.D. degree required.
Strong ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling arguments, both verbally and visually.
At least five years of litigation experience, preferably in a commercial litigation department at a major law firm.
Experience developing effective case themes and trial narratives that resonate with jurors.
Ability to work on-site in our New York City office up to five days per week.
Willingness to travel up to 30%

The indicated salary range for this position reflects the base pay, which is determined by several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographical location.
It does not include overtime compensation, which DRC provides in alignment with state regulations.
