Responsibilities
- Focus Group Development & Analysis: Conducting case intake, drafting presentation materials for focus groups, analyzing research findings alongside the psychology and research teams, and developing trial strategy recommendations.
- For nearly 30 years, leading law firms and high-profile litigators have relied on DRC to deliver a measurable strategic advantage in the courtroom.
- Our work spans jury selection, focus groups, demonstrative evidence, and trial presentation-grounded in social psychology, rigorous research methodologies, and advanced information design.
Requirements
- J.D. degree required.
- Strong ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling arguments, both verbally and visually.
- At least five years of litigation experience, preferably in a commercial litigation department at a major law firm.
- Experience developing effective case themes and trial narratives that resonate with jurors.
- Ability to work on-site in our New York City office up to five days per week.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

Compensation
- $220,000-$260,000
- The indicated salary range for this position reflects the base pay, which is determined by several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographical location.
- It does not include overtime compensation, which DRC provides in alignment with state regulations.
