Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
- Must be able to work shift work with 12-hour shifts.
- Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the workday.
Nice to have
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
- Ensure efficient receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and issuing of materials.
- Monitor warehouse infrastructure including racking systems and storage areas.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Day to day management of employee time submittals and schedules.
- Foster teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Analyse operational performance and address process gaps.
