About the role

Drive UX design for complex product areas, solving advanced user experience challenges with minimal oversight.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and surveys; translate findings into clear design improvements.
Define user flows, interaction models, and information architecture; create high-fidelity prototypes.
Lead and participate in design critiques, offering constructive feedback and incorporating feedback from others.
Contribute to and refine the design system to ensure product consistency and scalability.
Advocate for user-centered design principles.
5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with an emphasis on complex product design.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate design rationale.
Understanding of iterative design and Agile development practices.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with ability to partner effectively with developers.

Minimum of working 3 days per week in the office and ability to work up to all 5 days a week in the office, as needed
Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude); experience with traditional design tools (Axure, Figma, Adobe XD) a plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UX vision and product strategy are aligned.
