Lead audits from planning to reporting across financial, operational, compliance, supplier, and dealer areas.
Develop internal control design and ensure internal control effectiveness for SOX readiness and compliance.
Build internal control audit matrices and incorporate them into the accounting organization's control environment.
Collaborate with all levels of the organization to develop audit findings and recommendations.
Develop continuous monitoring processes and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
Coach and develop staff, efficiently managing resources to achieve company goals.
Perform special projects and investigations as needed.

We empower you with the ability to predict, prescribe, and automate smarter, more profitable business decisions to improve operating margins.
Must hold a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance Eight or more years of experience in public accounting, management consulting, internal audit, data analytics, or financial analysis.

He/She is tasked with managing the resources to meet the internal audit plan established.
The individual assists the Head of Internal Audit/CAE with managing internal audit activities and reporting to stakeholders.
He/She value-adds to the organization by fostering a culture of learning and professionalism within the organization.
