- Medina Hospital's 2 East is a 15-bed nursing unit that provides professional nursing care to post-surgical orthopaedic and spine patients.
Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Along with patients undergoing total joint replacement, we manage care of patients with revisions of total joint replacement, lumbar and/or cervical decompressions, fusions and/or laminectomies.
- As an RN on this team, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey.
Requirements
- One year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting OR licensed military RN experience
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
