About the role
- Reporting to the COO, the Project Manager will be pivotal in driving the execution and delivery of day-to-day operations of Peak's electric asset portfolio.
- You have excellent time management, prioritization, and project management skills to ensure operational performance targets and project milestones are met or exceeded.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective operations that require input, buy-in, and execution across multiple departments, as well as customer and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the project initiation in the delivery system, defining the project calendar and work breakdown structure, and defining deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures.
- You will leverage your understanding of Independent Electricity Systems Operator (ISO) electricity markets, energy storage, and power systems to establish the processes to support the delivery of operational excellence develop and position Peak's electric asset portfolio.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a construction project management or related role 3+ Years of Experience in developing and constructing behind and in front of the meter energy storage projects.
- Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code Knowledge of NFPA 855 & UL 9540 Proficiency in MS project The drive and curiosity.
- You are passionate about contributing to innovative solutions to climate change.
Compensation
- $90k-$130k
