About the role
- Our Commercial Analytics and Insights team is all about delivering the right insight, to the right team at the right time.
- As data continues to play an integral role in all our decision making, the Analytics & Insights team is working tirelessly to make big data easy to consume.
Responsibilities
- Building, maintaining and enhancing dashboards that translate business needs into actionable reporting and insights for sales, marketing and leadership teams.
- Developing content that increases visibility to data, analytics and insights, helping stakeholders understand trends, identify opportunities and make decisions that drive business results.
- Creating materials, presentations, dashboards, scorecards and measurement frameworks for internal audiences to communicate performance, validate key metrics and track progress against strategic priorities.
- Partnering cross-functionally with teams across Baxter to understand reporting needs, clarify requirements, align on priorities and deliver analytics solutions that support business objectives.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing and maintaining dashboards that make complex data easy to understand for sales, marketing and leadership teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive learner who takes ownership of deliverables, independently builds new technical skills and continuously looks for ways to improve processes and outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced analytics training desirable.
Compensation
- Supporting Incentive Compensation reporting for the sales organization, including scorecards, measurements, performance tracking and reporting used to monitor execution and results.
