About the role

The Intake Clinician is the vibrant first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the exciting enrollment process for our outpatient behavioral health services!
The Outpatient Clinic Intake Clinician will be a dynamic member of the Clinic Intake Team.
This position reports directly to the Clinic Intake Coordinator, creating an engaging and supportive work environment.

Schedule initial intake appointments for themselves or a designated clinical staff member, expertly manage pre-intake and intake scheduling, update calendars for rescheduled appointments, and complete intake assessments with enthusiasm!

Proficiency in computer technology required.
Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality laws, and agency policies
Complete and process initial, ongoing, and yearly intake forms; maintain accurate intake logs; and ensure all required legal and insurance documentation is gathered efficiently!

Independent Licensure strongly preferred
Minimum two years post graduate experience required and five years strongly preferred.
proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities
